Location	Located adjacent to the Bagan Nyaung Oo Golf club,  5 minutes drive from the Bagan Nyaung Oo Airport, 10 minutes away from Old Bagan and most sightseeing points, including the mighty Ayearwaddv River. Situated just minutes away from the historical sites of the formal capital. The 8.2 acres of magnificently manicured landscape contains the main building and sixteen bungalows built in the traditional styles of ancient Burmese Architecture.

Rooms & Rates	With 32 spacious en-suite rooms comprising a combination of doubles and deluxe, the hotel also has 56 rooms in 14 individual bungalows around the main building.

- All payments due shall be paid in Cash on arrival directly to our authorized Scenic Gateway Travel's staff or its representative at Yangon International Airport or at the hotel.
- If you enter into Myanmar through Yangon Airport, our staff and our company vehicle transfer you to the hotel at the rate of US $ 10 (one way) for one person and US $ 5 per/person for tow and above.
- Free transfer shall be provided.
