The 32 well-furnished guest rooms with modern facilities are housed in the Emerald Land Inn, comprising two double-storeyed buildings of green glazed bricks and stucco carvings and six chalet type bungalows with facades of their own. Suites in the main buildings are decorated with elegant Myanmar teak with a sky bar from where toddy trees can be viewed.

- All payments due shall be paid in Cash on arrival directly to our authorized Scenic Gateway Travel's staff or its representative at Yangon International Airport or at the hotel.
- If you enter into Myanmar through Yangon Airport, our staff and our company vehicle transfer you to the hotel at the rate of US $ 10 (one way) for one person and US $ 5 per/person for tow and above.
- Free transfer shall be provided.
