Description	Formerly known as the "Strand Hotel Sandaway", it was first established by the Steel Brothers Company on March 15th 1961. It was transfered to the Ministry of Trade in 1965 under the same name of the Ngapali beach Hotel and again transferred to a private company, "Lone ma Lay group" under the same name on November 1st 1999.

It has Standard (Bungalow Type), Superior (Bungalow Type), Deluxe and Junior Suite, totaling 66 Rooms. New rooms are also being added as the need arises. Superior Rooms Twin beds, hot & cold shower, one living area and large balconies. All rooms are facing to the beach side. Deluxe Rooms Twin beds, hot & cold shower, hair dryer, mini bar, fruit tray, one living area and large balconies. All rooms are facing to the beach side. Junior Suite Twin beds (or) double bed, hot & cold shower, hair dryer, mini bar, fruit tray, mineral water, TV, Air Condition, Shaver connect 110V.

- All payments due shall be paid in Cash on arrival directly to our authorized Scenic Gateway Travel's staff or its representative at Yangon International Airport or at the hotel.
- If you enter into Myanmar through Yangon Airport, our staff and our company vehicle transfer you to the hotel at the rate of US $ 10 (one way) for one person and US $ 5 per/person for tow and above.
- Free transfer shall be provided.
If hotel reservations are made through Scenic Gateway Travels & Tours for more than two nights stay in Yangon.
