Combining comfort and colonial-style luxury, each of the hotel's 303 guest rooms: 256 Superior Rooms and 47 Suites features a wood accented décor employing traditional fabrics, tapestries and furniture of Myanmar. Guest room windows and walk-out balconies command a view of both Kandawgyi Lake and the Shwedagon Pagoda.

All rooms are equipped with a range of deluxe amenities, IDD telephone, colour TV with in-house movie and radio channels, a fully stocked mini-bar, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer. The rooms also come with a personal safety deposit box and a spacious bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Twenty-four hour services and also accorded to all rooms.
