Rooms & Rates	Our villas are with private balconies that are set in a sandalwood grove. 30 deluxe rooms, 20 standard rooms, and conference facilities.

- All payments due shall be paid in Cash on arrival directly to our authorized Scenic Gateway Travel's staff or its representative at Yangon International Airport or at the hotel.
- If you enter into Myanmar through Yangon Airport, our staff and our company vehicle transfer you to the hotel at the rate of US $ 10 (one way) for one person and US $ 5 per/person for tow and above.
- Free transfer shall be provided.
If hotel reservations are made through Scenic Gateway Travels & Tours for more than two nights stay in Yangon

• The rates are inclusive of breakfast, government tax and service charges 
• Check out : 12:00 noon and Check in : 12: 00 noon 
• A child under the age of 12 can share the room with parents in existing bed and breakfast is provided free of charge for the room sharing child
