ADVENTURE TO MT VICTORIA (9 DAYS/8 NIGHTS)Yangon-Bagan-Mt Victoria-Bagan-YangonThere are three highest mountains in Myanmar. The first highest Virgin mountain is Khakaborazi,19315ft high in the remote northern part of Naung Mon district, in Kachin state of Myanmar. The second highest is Saramati 12553ft in the northern part of Chin region and western part of Sagaing division. The third highest peak is Mt Victoria about 10200ft high on the southern part of Chin hill range. Mt Victoria is relatively easy to travel from the Bagan Archeological site to Kanpetlet, a small town at the foot of Mt Victoria. The core area around this peak has been notified as a national park. Forest en route to the peak is dry and with regenerating teak forest, a mosaic of pine trees, broad-leaves evergreen, oak and rhododendron forest, flowers with sweet smells and views with scenic beauties of wonderful flowers that stretch along the way to the top. The whole area is covering with green forest in winter times are the most wonderful views in Myanmar, and that can never seen in other parts of the Country. Approach up to 9000ft by car and then climb up to the mountain peak about three-and-a-half hours walk which is suitable for soft Adventure. DAY 01: ARRIVAL YANGONArrival at Yangon airport and transfer to hotel. DAY 02: YANGON - BAGAN - KANPETLETTransfer to airport for flight to Bagan and breakfast on the plane. DAY 03: KANPETLETAfter breakfast, drive up to 10 ½ miles camp for 1 ½ hr trek up to 3 ½ miles to get to the peak of Mt Victoria ( 10200ft )high. After lunch, observe and study the environs, watching the beautiful view on the way back to base camp, proceed to Kanpetlet and overnight at Forest Guest House. DAY 04: CHIN VILLAGEExcursion to tribal Chin villages to observe the life of four different ethnic Chin minorities with tattooed faces. O/N at forest camp. DAY 05: KANPETLET - BAGANDrive back to Bagan.O/N in Bagan. DAY 06: BAGANSightseeing in Bagan ( Shwezigon Pagoda, Htilo-Minlo temple, Ananda Temple, Ananda Okkyaung for its mural paintings of Bagan's late period, Thabinnyu ( the enlightening ), Shwe-Gu-Gyi (at the gate of the excavated Palace site) Evening sightseeing to Manuha Temple, Mya-zedi, Gubyaukyi for its mural paintings, Shwesandaw or Mingalar-zedi to watch the sunset. Dinner with traditional dance show. DAY 07: BAGAN - MT.POPAExcursion to Mt Popa and lunch in Mt Popa. DAY 08: BAGAN - YANGONFly back to Yangon and after lunch sightseeing in Yangon. DAY 09: DEPARTURE DAYShopping at Bogyoke Market and after lunch afternoon transfer to airport for international departure.
