Vacationtomyanmar.com act as an intermediary between the hotels and the clients like yourself.
The hotel rates that are listed in this website are the direct representation from the hotels. Thus if in the case of distributors or group tours, please contact us for special discounts at vacation@myanmar.com.mm.

Cancellation

Should you or a customer of your party be forced to cancel, please advise us in advance. The cancellation is not effective until we receive the official cancellation by mail or by fax.

Complaints

We are authorized to promote and sell the hotel services that are listed on this website. Thus if there should be any comments or complaints, please feel free to contact us.
The condition, services and the facilities of the hotels are as expressed by the hotel. If there should be any dissatisfaction occurs during your staying, the hotel shall take full responsibilities for the inconveniences.

Responsibility and Liabilities

We always do our best to make sure the hotel arrangements are satisfactory, but we will accept the liability in some cases to a certain extent that is sustained by our negligence.
All reservation that is made through this website will be taken full responsibility for the availability or non-availability of the rooms.

Payments

Although most of the hotels may need their payments to be paid directly to the hotel on the time of arrival to hotel or checkouts. In some case, the hotel may need day advance payment or credit card guarantee. 
But some of the hotels may require the customers to pay on arrival to Yangon Airport or directly to the staff of local tour operator - Scenic Gateway Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. who is authorized to receive the payments.
